In ancient times, the ancients called olive oil "yellow gold," praised for its medicinal, cosmetic, and flavorful properties. It's a treasure we cherish, and we invite you to discover its history and that of this precious place during a guided tour.
You can taste our different olive oils to delight your senses and taste buds, then stroll through our shop where we offer a selection of local and artisanal products: olive wood utensils, natural cosmetics and soaps, sweet or savory delights for your greatest pleasure or to offer to those who are dear to you.

Open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed on Sundays.
July and August, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

We are proud to announce our Bronze Medal in the PDO Olive Oil category “Huile et Olive de Nice” at the Departmental Olive Oil Competition which took place on June 11, 2024 in Roquefort-les-Pins.
This competition promotes the olive oil industry and highlights the expertise of local producers.

Why a competition?
Promote the olive oil industry and local know-how.
Promote the production and work of passionate farmers.
Meeting consumer demand for authentic products.
Who is competing?
Producers identified with the Nice Olive Syndicate with a minimum volume of olives under the appellation may participate. Each producer submits only one batch per category.
Who are the members of the Jury?
Producers, millers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, specialists from France Olive and INAO, as well as consumers, make up the jury. Tastings are anonymous, and medals (gold, silver, bronze) are awarded. This competition is essential for the recognition of the Nice appellation's olive oil industry.
