L'Huilerie Sainte-Anne, un lieu unique et témoin vivant de la tradition

In the heart of Provence, our mill, founded in 1706 by our family elders, embodies the tradition of our region. A land of perfume and olive trees, Grasse once boasted more than thirty mills. Today, it is one of the last two in the Grasse region.

As you pass through its doors, you enter a world where time seems to stand still: the bucket wheel, the presses installed in their stone chapels, the wooden gears, the stone millstones, the boiler and the underworld transport us into the secrets of our ancestors' manufacturing.

Over time, the mill has been modernized; today it operates using modern manufacturing methods and state-of-the-art equipment, a harmonious marriage of tradition and innovation.

The mill has belonged to the same family since the last quarter of the 18th century .

Today, under the passionate leadership of Marie-Edith, Louis, Anne-Gabrielle de Villers and the Mill Master, Mathieu Mercier, the Mill vibrates with a new energy.

Everyone is passionately involved in bringing this place to life while remaining committed to local values.

The Master of the Mill has created 11 traditional olive oils and 8 infused olive oils with unique flavors under the Huilerie Sainte-Anne brand.

Their wish is that the Mill remains a local place where everyone can bring their olives and see them transformed into high-quality oil.
