Garlic-free pesto 980 gr - Biffi

Made in the purest Italian tradition, in Lombardy, this pesto is garlic-free and gluten-free, but not without character thanks to the pecorino cheese used in its recipe. It will serve daily in a pasta dish. Mixed with heavy cream, it makes a delicious appetizer accompanied by vegetable dips. It can also be used by spreading a thin layer on the base of a sun-dried vegetable tart.
