Terrine with black olives from Nyons AOP
In Haute-Provence, we're culturally close to the Drôme region, and we're unconditional fans of their famous tanche olives! Certainly one of the best table olives. It's not for nothing that it's protected by a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin)!
Finely wrinkled, it is recognizable among all others, and its unique fruity taste fits perfectly into a terrine.
